I am certain we humans and animals were not put on this beautiful planet to suffer.
I am equally certain we are here to feel amazing, to be bold and beautiful.
One of the reasons we tend to suffer more than feel amazing is that we are all so busy with jobs, home duties, dancing, skating, sewing, raising children, that it is easy to feel tired, discontent, overwhelmed … It is easy to feel anything but good.
In her book A Return to Love, Marianne Williamson writes,
“We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?’ Actually, who are you not to be? … Your playing small does not serve the world.”
…. but many of us must convince ourselves of how grand our potentiality really is.
Maybe you feel that you cannot be “brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous” because of your heritage or gender, health or education? Or maybe being your best requires more energy than what you think you have?
Never doubt it is your right to feel good and to do what you love doing.
Are you ready to shift your basic need and right to feel good?
Even if you cannot audibly say YES, every part of you wants to scream YES.
Say this combination of simple phrases until your body relaxes, or until you are able to breathe more deeply. Saying it every day is a good thing.
It is my right to feel good.
I choose to feel good today and every day.
Let’s break these phrases down.
“It is my right” tells all Your Energies (your physical body, your energetic, emotional and efficiency bodies, your light body, your spirit, your soul, and your mind) that feeling good is mandatory for the simple reason that you exist.
Knowing that feeling good is a “right” allows the second sentence to work better.
“I chose”. Wow! Choosing is mighty powerful.
A lot of times we unconsciously choose to be in a bad mood or to focus on things we don’t want. Saying “I choose to feel good” activates the “right” that was reinforced in the first sentence.
“today and every day”. Don’t be fooled. The trickster or saboteur energies inside you, and in the world, may help you feel good for a few minutes …. and then BAM, you’re right back to feeling crappy.
Being specific with “today and every day” gives all of Your Energies and Your Mind (plus all the energies who hear you say it) specific parameters to follow so you increase the odds of getting what you want … which is to feel good.
Say the two phrases back to back any time you feel stuck, stressed or are in pain. Don’t forget to breathe slowly and comfortably between each time! And post below how you feel afterwards.
