Happy New Year, everyone!
Before we move too far into 2019, I want to say thank you for all your support and emails this past year. I loved reading every word. Together, we are on an amazing dancing, skating, sewing journey.

I created a video and posted it below to offer you a quick recap of my 10-month 2018 road trip that included:
- working fire support in November, 2018 for the devastating Camp Fire in California. (You can read more about previous fire camps I worked for the Salmon-August Fire and the Tubbs Fire in Napa/Sonoma, both in 2017.)
- seeing nineteen national parks, monuments or other places of interest
- filming over eighteen Sew Like A Pro™ blogs in six cities across the country, which you can enjoy by scrolling through the rest of the blogs.
- and finally, after being on the road for ten months, I landed in the beautiful town of Chelan, Washington and I get to stay for at least three months. How exciting!
While being a digital nomad can be exciting with all the travel adventures, it can also be stressful because there is no place to call “home”. Therefore, I am SEW grateful to have found a furnished place with amazing views of Lake Chelan to rest my weary head for a while!

On the sewing front, Sew Like A Pro™ is doing the best ever!
My online sewing school reached the 50-member mark in December. We have amazing sewing women in eight countries. I could not be more pleased with how my dream school has come to life.
Just a few days ago, I received this email from one of the newer Sew Like A Pro™ members:
“Teresa, I just wanted to let you know that I enjoy almost every minute (except the ones where I am struggling with my bodice) of Sew Like A Pro™.
I enjoyed sewing before entering your sewing school, but being part of SLP took it to a whole new level. I’ve found a new hobby that enriches my daily life and that gives me a lot of joy and passion.
So a big ‘thank you’ for creating such a fun, inspiring and helpful school that makes sewing for my beloved dancing so amazing :)!

The school is up to 179 members in fifteen countries. Wow! .... Can you say outstanding? :-).
This video is a clip featuring just one of the many sewing school members featured in the 2022 SLP fashion show.
Thanks to all my amazing Sew Like A Pro™ students as well as those of you who stayed tuned into my free blogs and training videos.
2019 is gonna be awesome.
I have a lot of new material to release thanks to filming blogs in at least six cities during my cross country, 2018 roadtrip! This black ballgown made by Sherri Hansen, and the white fringe Latin made by Tammi Arriola is just one of many blogs I filmed on this journey.
